Daily 2200? Depends a bit on your bodyweight but I'd say it is. I do 2500 on training days and 1500 on rest days (@78kg) which is slightly less than 2200 a day on a weekly base. Then again I do go out for drinks once or twice a week and dont count those so i end up with a slightly higher intake. Have you tried carb cycling? What Jarude says in his previous two posts seems accurate.
