    This the only training video I have from this week, it's my first set. Hard to tell from camera angle but my grip is really narrow, took me fuckin forever to keep shoulders externally rotated with a grip that narrow. Dude who I asked to film it was so fucking awkward, took like 7 pictures before he figured out how to work the video, so I didn't bother to ask him to film the others. Ended up doing a post injury PR that day.

    Shit I think I have the same issue with my squat...I feel my quads more than anything than my glutes / hams

    fuck! i also have injury prone knees IMO

    Will try to get a vid up Monday. 24 hr not closed on President Day is it?

    who has been giving advice with shitty form? i think there is a lot of advice, and lots of shitty form, but i cant remember a blatant example of someone sucking at something and talking about it.

    what are you doing front squats as - main movement or assistance?>

    Someone with a rough girlfriend - it's a secret :embar:

    I'm doing them as a main movement because back squats still hurt my right hip flexor. I'm terrified of going up in weight on them again because a third injury and I'm probably ready for surgery.

    And squats hurt your right flexors cause they are weak as evidenced by your skinny jeans and deadlift

    Can I say the motion of squat and DL is roughly similar? When I DL I can feel my glutes / ham more. I tend to tighten up my butt when lifting the weight, going through the motion. Is this why I can also lift 2x more than my squat?

    Ok dishonestsnap, I won't argue with a guy with 24" guns. Do you press 95 for a heavy triple because your ego is too big and needed to get cut down by some cute weights?

    cool, im doing them as a main movement too due to a shoulder injury but now that's all better and im just sticking with it because i like the movement so much. i enjoy them far more than back squats.. i dunno, something looks cool about a big front squat.

    First time doing legs in over six months tonight. Holy butt wink, Batman (don't know why I'm using that so much today). Did we ever narrow down a stretching routine to help out with lower back flexibility? Seems its worse than I thought. I know Active 8. Anything else?

    Good mornings and straight leg deads felt ok except for feeling like my right hip was pulling harder than my left.

    Also, seem to have strained either my forearm muscle or tendon. Son of a bitch just won't go away.
