A few big inhales/exhales and clenching my fists as hard as I can to fire everything up before heavy lifts.
Besides that, I just eat a meal a couple hours before lifting and stay well-hydrated.

Greatly enjoying reverse pyramid rep scheme. Had pretty good progress using it on squats so i tried it on db bench and got a nice 8 rep pr. Bit more fun then straight sets too. Also someone walked up to me in the gym and told me my lats are looking big, plz dont rape me brah.
Tried to eat 16 pancakes pwo with a shit load of ice cream and 3 scoops of whey, couldn't quite finish it. Not sure how many calories, feels like a lot.
Pancake place nearby mine was doing a challenge where you had to eat 15 pancakes covered in shit in 30 minutes and you got them for free, but it was 20 quid if you failed. Naturally i drew a game tree and it wasn't worth it for me to attempt because 20 quid is loads of moneys.

Pancakes are tough. Too dry, not calorie dense enough. When I was a kid somehow I could put away like 8 pancakes for breakfast. Now I am down for the count after 3
Flat bench has stalled. Going to deload and start working a bit on shoulders for more stabilization.
