Caribe Hilton San Juan is pretty nice. Been there several times and will be back there again in July. I've never used the gym there though.
I did goblet squats last night - 25 x 3 reps with a 60lb dumbbell. I don't do them often but the squat rack was in use, and I didn't want to wait.

Did some legs back traps. Got 150 dbells for 3x10. Not too shabby.
O come on you guys. I do these all the time. I am up to 110 lbs and I rep the fuck out. If you hold it close to your body the moment about your shoulders stays low and its easy to hold I've never felt like I was gonna drop it.
Just give em a try. They are kind of bitch front squats, but I go ATG on these and rep out... they give a good little workout
You will get used to it. My team uses it for conditioning, first few times were death but its a really good workout since it's eccentric-less.
My coach used to make us do sled pushes/drags workout @ light weights, and IMO gave me massive carryover to my 40. Managed a 4.7 in November.

woo injury, far left side of my lower back near like where the errector meets the angus, not the spine though so it should be ok, just really fucking achey. On monday I unracked like 150kg or something unevenly, which hurt quite a bit and I think squats again today aggravated it. Will have a week or 2 off of just leg split squats and leg press. Was at a gym with a plate loaded leg press today, decided for the lolz to put on some wraps for a 30 rep leg press, never again. Main focus was on the huge amount of pain from the wraps not the muscular pain.
sounds like the SI joint, mine gave me a lot of pain for a while, the only thing that aggravates it badly is RDL.
god damn does manual labor make all my injuries flare up
