$9 million weightroom
I forgot about this. Did this a few times when I was having low back issues in 2011. Just did it and holy god, do my legs lack flexibility right now. Even holding the "lower" part of the stretch was excruciating on the left side.
Guess you're doing bbb 3 month challenge right? If so that's a lot of assistance to be doing especially for a 70% day...
9 mil? That's nuts. Their football program rakes in money.
Just discovered myfitnesspal app. quite useful!
Also, fking love hypertrophy 3x20 db rows. functional and aesthetic @ once.
Yessir, guess you're right. I'm lifting only 3x a week now so I got it in my mind that I have to kill it and make up for the lost day.
Hip replacement: $39,000, 120 minutes(start to finish)
Knee arthroscopy: $4500, 15 minutes(start to finish)
I think I'm in love <3
fuck i better start saving
So this is why my health insurance is astronomically high.
Finally got around to printing and binding all of Assess and Correct.
lolz guy at the gym told me to stop "squatting so low" because "it's bad for your knees and tendons". I was, admittedly, going ATG (or near enough, anyway, really hard doing ATG with low-bar), but I was very surprised by it. Especially since everyone else "squatting" near me was doing quarter squats. And the guy actually had legs, so I assume he squats.
Fairly legit gym at this resort I'm staying at this week for "work" (dat der Caribe Hilton San Juan), but obviously no squat rack to be seen. What the consensus on Hack Squats with a smith machine??
My hip arthroscopy was quoted at $51K
