I drink the tears of my enemies
I should stop though the sodium content is causing some bloating.
I drink one cup of coffee and one cup of green tea. I haven't had juice of any type in years.
What do most of you eat in the morning?
Simple and fast.
couple scoops of whey, handful of raspberries, 500g of greek yoghurt, a scoop of ice cream and some double cream. All blended together obviously.
4oz meat 1 serving greens 2-3 serving of fats depending on training day or not
Saw a tiny guy, like maybe 120-130 lbs, in his 70's-80's yesterday doing squats. He he wrapped his knees and asked me to help him into his singlet, and started squatting 175. Not bad for an 80 year old.
Coffee and Water. Sup leangains.
milk + chia seeds + fish oil + maybe black coffee/ green tea
yea don't really take breakfast...leangains ftw.
Can of low-carb Monster. I don't like pretty much any other energy drink, but hand to god, this shit gets me out of bed many mornings.
oats mixed with cottage cheese and berries/fruit or if in a rush just some quark.
also the lifeblood of every student ever, coffee.
I most likely bleed caffeine.
I chug down skim milk and then coffee and then diet mt dew all day
Just went to the gym, womens only hour. My jimmies have been set ablaze. Fucking self conscious fat girls who don't want me judging the fuck out of them preventing me from making gains. By that logic they should also have dyel boy hour because I judge both equally.
I dont eat anything in the morning. I dont start eating till about 1-3
what's with all this no-breakfast shit? is this a thing? why aren't you people eating in the mornings???
