What's the benefit of fried chicken? (serious question)
dunno i never eat fried chicken, fucks up my fat macro
wtf is wrong with me. Had a pizza for the first time in 3 months.. feel like im gonna throw up and head is pounding and so much headache that i cant go to sleep
its was only like 6 american $$$...i can afford to eat fat, still 10% bf this morning.

If i had any fucking hindsight I would have figure moving this week would fucked my workouts and just taken a deload week. But not I had to be stubborn and think I could work it in and end up fucking a few days of training and diet.
Or a whole meat lovers pizza. You can def get a shit ton more protein at a buffet though

Not sure if deadlifts on leg day was a good idea. 3 weeks off from gym has cost me a fair bit of strength could only manage 3 plate DL for 3 reps previously could get 150kg for 3, i have lost about 4-5lbs though. Followed them with 5 sets of leg press 10-15 reps, leg curls and extension, could barely walk out of the gym and it was a struggle to not throw up. Don't think drinking 500ml of rubicon intra workout helps with that though.
For those that have cut before, roughly how long would it take to cut 20lbs with minimal LBM losses? Im maybe 18% BF although i have no idea really. I may be less fat but it just looks worse due to narrow frame and distribution. I think trying to bulk much further is just a bad idea and i could use the time to improve conditioning.
Cutting with minimal losses is limited to at most two pounds/week. 1.5/week is a better bet
