Missed my goal of 110kgx20 on the squat today, only got 16 reps, brb crying, will just attempt it again on monday. I dropped the bar off my back because the straps I was holding onto slipped out of my hands so i'm gonna switch back to normal squatting for a while. Did it on my 4 sets of 10 with 110kg afterwards, felt better. Put an extra 5kg on my romanian deadlifts and pulled 120kg for 3x15. Broke my seinheissers, never realised how weird my grunting sounds in the gym, sounds like i'm dieing. I'm not really feeling squats in my quads so much so i'm gonna do some leg press I think, poverty gym one only has a selectorised one though with 260kg so I just did 30 reps with 260 then dropped to 180 then 100.
massive bloat from bulking is like the worst feeling ever...
or the best feeling ever, more weight to push against while lifting
I've got 4 pounds of extra bloat going on from beasting out at Brazilian BBQ last night and I'm ready to hit some PR's tonight!
my wife is brazilian, and we tend to frequent the local rodizio restaurants fairly often. great food and mostly paleo, if you are so inclined.
Alright, fuck it, chicken and broccoli it is. Gonna try to run it for a month, we'll see how that goes.
That pre-cooked chicken is only $5.29/lb here, which isn't terrible, so I'm probably just gonna mostly eat that stuff hahaha.
Dude cooking chicken is not hard.
You can get a whole chicken for like $6 and roast it and eat for 3 days. Then Boil the bones to make stock for baller soups.
down to 167.5-168. Just a few more pounds.
Also doing some oblique work, hoping thickening side abs will improve the hour glass. will post update at 165 (if its looks appreciably leaner)
Got 255 ATG for 2 sets of two. My squats were never good but at 168 its not atrocious. Although, fuji blows me out of the water if he is ATG on those.
Of course it's not but in order to do it I would have to not be lazy. I can't be someone I'm not; I won't betray myself like that.
Yah I have about .5-1lb of boneless chicken thighs every other night... been doing it for about 3 years now and am not sick of it somehow... takes about 30 mins from unwrapping to eating. So easy a cave man could do it and it doesnt taste bad (I coat them with bread crumbs). $3/meal, about 50-90g protein, not bad at all. Cook brahs.
Lol i'm not doing ass to grass, they're box squats so they're just a tiny bit past parallel. Am considering adding some sets of front squats to my workout though. Wouldn't thickening your obliques make the hour glass shape worse?
Making an aesthetic chicken right now, covered in chilli powder (so my mates won't eat it), herbs and butter with some jacket potatoes and sausages. Bulking 2k13. What kind of swole chickens are you getting which you can eat for 3 days? Biggest we have here is like 2kg. Found out you can buy epherderine legally in the UK from boots without a prescription, gonna buy some for the actual use of clearing my chest out then use it to get shredded in the summer instead of using dodgy chinese clen like last time.

Lucas made that call. It's obvious. At this point I don't even care anymore. He shat on the franchise so much with the new trilogy that it's essentially a completely different series. I don't even think of them really as related anymore. I don't care what he does with Star Wars anymore.
PS I heard that creatine dissolves in warm water. Does this mean I could make a mass batch of creatine water and put it in my fridge? Has anyone tried this madness?
why would you not just dissolve it in water when you want to drink it?
