    Ah okay yeah. I felt like I could have used another warm up set today. I was using Rip's warm up calc and should add another set in.

    Friend's roommate is a really obese chick who has just started going to the gym. She refuses to do any cardio because 'it doesn't work' and instead sits there doing 5 lb concentration curls. Makes you wanna chain her to a treadmill for a few days.

    Had the same experience last night. 2 fatties spent 5 minutes on eliptical, went into some DB overhead tri extension, then to chest machine, quick bicep curl, oh and then back to cable tri extension, then like 10 crunches, a couple of 10lb weighted lunges, and they were off. [​IMG]

    i am gonna become one of those tricep fatties if they don't stop bringing all this stuff into my office, i swear it's like a bakery in this place!

    i've seen it a few times as well, i just don't undertand why they always decide to do tricep exercises?!

    i've noticed the even more in the mexican borads, they're have some of the flabbiest wings i've ever seen. it's like they can sail off into the sky with a small gust of wind...

    Fuck.... How often do you DL? I do it 1 time a week, and while I'm making gains I don't know that I'm DLing enough. I'm thinking, one heavy day, one light day
