dat feel when you fill out a 34 pair of chinos from Sears and like the fit. I think most my frustrations from pants is I'm trying botique brands that have way too skinny of cuts even for their "roomier stuff".

I drop my dumbbells pretty much every set. Fuck putting any risk on hurting my rotator cuffs by controlling them down onto my quads. Also I keep my ipod in my front pocket so it might hit it and then my ipod would die. Sometimes I just drop the right one and then use my right hand to control the left dumbbell to the floor because dropping it also might strain my rotator cuff. Gym was crowded as fuck today
So many fucking people, the cardio bunnies aren't even hawt. If you look at the yellow sign above me it says womens only session which in my opinion is bull shit. Low 190s right now, feels good man, hypertrophy program is working better. Also I hit 107.5kgx20 on the squat and 115kg for 3x15 on the rdl. Leg progress pic
I don't consider calves to be part of my leg or even part of my body for that matter so I don't train them. Do not find thick calves aesthetic. Do not know how much bigger I really want my quads, I don't have any problem with getting pants to fit so I a few more inches should be ok.

There's a practice hockey thing to the left of image, I guess for stray pucks. Behind me is a door that leads to batting cages, maybe at some point the cages were in this area.

God that gym look fuckin miserable Fuji. Your quads are looking how mine did when I olympic lifted, that went away quickly when I started powerlifting though. good progress!
I'm going roller blading tonight after my deadlift session.. seeing my fatass on blades will be funny. I use to be so fast on them, we will see now.
