I will continue my bulk for a while but as soon as I get over 15-16, it's time to cut. My face is starting to look fat and I've gotten a pretty big booty. All my fat seems to go there and to the thighs. I probably should just go on with it and make more noob gains but I can't stand looking out of shape and not fitting into clothes.
holy shit i forgot what heavy weeks feel like.. slept 12 hours last night and came home to pass out for another 3.
realized instead of lifting monday tuesday wednesday friday I could lift saturday sunday tuesday wednesday and not have have to deal with workout during work week bullshit.. also my girlfriend works all weekend so not like I'm doing anything productive.

Finally got a pair of ye old 501 STF's all shrunk and fitted up and it is a goddamn relief to be able to have a full range of movement in denim again. That said, holy fucking rise, batman. And a bit of a taper needed below the knee. But at least I have something to work with now.
how did you size them?
people seem to be having luck with the 508's if you're only slightly thick in the anus area.
Im completley fucked at the moment. Haven't been to the gym in a week, and before that i hadnt been for a week either so twice in 14 days. I have zero energy to go and train after work, infact once i get home thats it im too tired to do anything. Haven't eaten anything all day, cant really be bothered, i only eat to build muscle. Gotta go and get test levels checked asap i think i will be on legal sterons before long.
Experimenting with really high volume on pull day
5x8 pull ups
5x8-12 t bar rows
3x10 upright rows
3x25 rear delt fly supersetted with 3x15 face pulls
Only set taken to failure was the last set of pull ups. Fucking new years resolutioners, was there for like 2 hours waiting for shit.
Dat feel when I out deadlift the entire rugby team, only by like 5kg, but still feels good man. One of them is on dat der juicy juice though. Went from a 140kg deadlift to a fairly easy looking 195kg in like 6 weeks or something.
