1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

RHET is the cool place to hang out. You can find most of the cool people there. In RHET you can just chill and do whatever and totally relax. "Take it easy" is the RHET motto, for example, that's how laid back it is there. Show up if you want to have a good time. Another good reason to show up is if you want to hang out with friends.

Looking in the mirror first thing in the morning is the worst, so flat and pumpless.

Also, PSA Uniqlo Airism T's are amazing for lifting, and for 12 bucks a pop can't be beat.

Lol, girl i posted about with the massive tits is staying over for like a week. Today was squat day, my squat is hip dominant as fucks. Did not want massive hips DOMS for the 2nd time i fuck her, decided to bench instead for that pump. Vagina over gains.

RHET finance/stats/econ brahs should I take principles of econometrics next year or or actuarial investigation and survival models. Apparently principles of econometrics is that hardest course at my uni, but i'm already doing loads of statistics so it should have a lot of carry over. Actuarial investigation and survival models has a cooler name and probably has more direct use in finance, loads of time series shit, appraising securities, discounted cash flow. The survival shit is apparently a lot about how insurance companies work.

Other option is applied regression, sample surveys and experiments, but that sounds kind of beta/not academic and I'd have to use statistics software, which I hate. It would be very easy though.

I'd take the latter. Econometrics fucking blows.

Finally feeling like my appetite is coming back. Int fasting was a good experience, as was the cut, but I'm happy to be back in full bulk mode. Already feel like I have the energy/strength to crush the gym sess today.

First fairly heavy day in a while.

Haven't touched anything over 75% of my 1RM in a while.

Working with 475-485x2x5 on sumo deadlifts today to get back into it.

With all this talk of cutting, what's a realistic amount of time to cut from 205 (low-mid 20s BF%) to 185ish (mid teens)?

According to my FB feed, you should be able to do this in under a week, while also packing on 10 lbs of muscle. But the secret is going to be banned soon so you better act now...

Figure a pound a week, so 4-5 months if you want to preserve as much LBM as possible.

    incorrect

although I dont know why time series shit is not included in your metrics course. DCF and comps are boring as fuck and more finance than anything.

you'll need to learn one trust me. don't know if you can nowadays even get by in IB by just knowing excel and VBA.

No wonder my sumo DL has been very low and a big struggle while all other lifts have gone up; I didn't realize I was squatting the weight up.

Realized I was doing it wrong, focused on actually pulling the bar up and back instead of pushing it up with my hips. Instant PR.

It is included, this is the course description

Statistical background; continuous distribution, sampling theory, estimation, hypothesis testing, asymptotic theory. The Linear Model; multiple regression, t-and F-tests, dummy variables, multicollinearity, linear restrictions, measurement errors, omitted variables. Maximum likelihood estimation and the Wald, Likelihood Ratio, and Lagrange Multiplier tests. Limited dependent variable models. Dynamic models, time series autoregressive models, seasonal adjustment, generalised least squares, serial correlation, heteroskedasticity, distributive lags, stationarity, unit roots and cointegration. Simultaneous equation systems, instrumental variables and two stage least squares.

Sounds like standard statistics then me, doesn't sound very econy.
