Most i've pulled is 160kg. Your lift is legit but you even said yourself that you need a deload. I can squat a lot more if it resembles a good morning out of the hole, but that doesnt make that productive for me.
Also, couldnt believe the new years resolutioners today. Usually like 3 people in the gym on saturday, it was packed and i had to wait at least half an hour to get a bar to deadlift with. My gym has a challenge for maximum continuous reps with 70% deadlift 60% squat and 50% bench 1RM. Not sure how they determine 1RM, might enter and say my 1rm is 50kg.

New years resolutioner brah was using the 15lb dbs to curl and I wanted to do rear delt flys, but the 20s are a bit too heavy for me to really squeeze so I grabbed dem 10s and lied on an incline bench instead of doing them standing. High as fuk rep rear delt flys super setted with also high rep facepulls feels good man, enjoying using john meadows methods for shoulders. Feels beta using the 10lb dumbbells, gonna be a bitch getting them when im back at the LSE gym when every cunt is using them for concentration curls. Also did T bar rows, using a very wide neutral grip handle, felt good man.
