Conceptionist nailed it..bring up them lats and you'll be looking good. Head on over to the pull-up thread, widen your pull-up grip, and start cutting in April and you'll look great by July.

I got 12.5" biceps.. i could probably use another inch or so on them but w/e. I tried to do the whole arm hypertrophy thing and felt retarded. My assistance work is a lot of high rep stuff now so I guess I am hitting that hypertrophy in some areas. My biceps and forarms feel like they get enough work with heavy deads, bent over rows, pullups, and facepulls.

Someone wrote me a diet and I've been following it for the past 3 weeks. Feel great, going to gain 10 lbs to 185 then cut down to 175.. Is that how bulking / cutting works? You just bounce back and forth hoping to continue to be bigger when you are lighter each cycle?

    LOL

If you have 12.5" biceps at 175 pounds you most certainly aren't getting enough work from deads, rows, pull-ups, and facepulls.

Bulking and cutting works best if its slow and long-term. The typical bulk is 6 months of gaining .5-1lb a week and the typical cut is 4 months of losing 1-1.5lbs a week. The net gain is a few pounds each year but ideally you are significantly stronger and bigger with minimal body fat at the end of the cut.

I think today is the first workout i've done in my life where the reps never went below 12. Ramped up to 12 strict form reps with 90lb on db rows, feels good man. Yes used straps. Based on the photos of the guys whose bodies you want yours to look like you will need to do more arm work, if it makes you feel better curls help with elbow health and tricep work will help with your lock out, wendler promotes like 100 rep sets of tricep push downs to keep your elbows happy. Had a massive fight with my ex gf on new years about her drug use, she got really upset. Was making mash potatoes and one of the potatoes I was peeling was heart shaped, took a photo of it and sent it to her, gettin bishes 2k13.

All my free gym time that would be used for bicep curls are usually spent on triceps. Most of my programming I don't use my biceps, just feels like it's a waste of time. They continue to grow without paying attention to them anyways. I do thick bar reverse curls though. I could def use some more bulk on my arms though, especially forearms. I'm hella lanky for 5'7 though if that makes any sense, I have the same arm length as someone who is 6'2 usually.

Gotcha on the bulk / cut. I guess that is what I plan on doing. I'm gaining a lb a week right now.

I want a thick bar, would make some sickening gains in my forearms. TKJTJ how did you make your poverty ones? They're like $70 in England. Did upright rows today, felt good, no fucks given about how dangerous they apparently are. Arm length of someone at 6'2" would give you a wing span 7" longer then normal, wouldn't that have your hands like past your knees? Like I'm 6'3" and my arms are a few inches longer then normal and they're pretty near my knees.

For poverty fat grips I took a foam pool noodle, cut out two sections large enough to grip with my whole hand but small enough to fit around a dumbbell, and cut a horizontal slot on one side of each of them. Cost about $1 total.

Also farmers walks are amazing for forearms.

Gyms heaviest dbs are 45kg. Used to love doing farmers walks at my old gym, used like 70kg or something and just walked across the parking lot, they had a yoke too, which was pretty cool. Gonna make either a blog or a wiki on Bobesian economics (my self invented economics, also my name isn't bob) and how I apply it to real life. Will show it to future employers. I don't really have any new economics ideas, but it'll just be about applying market theories to stuff, which doesn't traditionally have markets like coldsnaps preferences of strength to aesthetics with genetic potential being his budget constraint. Maybe macro will inspire me to make new shit up, will probably transfer to straight econ next year.

Pinwheel curls are good for forearms and biceps. Mine grew a lot from deadlifts though they are not much smaller than my upper arm lol.

Iron mind? Get the extra long ones, more shit to grab onto. Just so you know it really tears up your hands and it's kind of hard on your biceps, gonna wrap my elbows next time I do it.

Drawing my mate a game tree to see if he should cheat on his gf, it's an entry game of incomplete information. If he knows the probability of his gf finding out, the utility gained by sleeping with the other girl, utility gained by staying with his gf and the utility loss by his gf finding out. Will try workout a dominant strategy based on probability and utility. Will need to give my academic advisor a reason to let me change program, I think a blog of my retard econ will help.
