1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You're dropping your chest in an attempt to get lower. Lead with your hips, lowering your chest is just going to hurt your technique and strength. Your weight is also shifting to your toes, work on keeping it back. Maybe try warming up with some hip bridges, box squats, or general slightly homoerotic ass-flexing.

I'm getting some tingling in my left glute to my upper hamstring whenever I tilt my head forward. It randomly started about a week ago out of nowhere. Don't really know how to get rid of it. I'm assuming it's something related to my sciatic nerve.

    Edit:
Probably going to give this a shot and see how i feel after a few days.

All these injuries are making me :(

Dialing down the upper body volume was just what I needed. Elbows feel great.

Will my lower back never be 100%? I do lower back exercises often so I don't think strength is the problem

First soft tissue and mobbing session in like 2 weeks, that hurt so bad haha.

I'm quitting 5/3/1 tomorrow. Going to try something else for a little bit, if it doesn't work I'll go back to 5/3/1 because it's a damn good program.

So it looks like years of baseball have finally caught up with me, I was diagnosed with shoulder impingement. I haven't really had any pain while lifting (pressing & bench) which is good but I'm hoping I can stick with my program. I'll be starting physical therapy next week but was wondering if you guys had any other tips/tricks to speed recovery. Any info would be appreciated.

I sympathize with all the people who have had injuries, it truly sucks, but it's the risk we all take, and once you are injured, that part is never the same again.
