what do you guys think is optimal for strength gains? 5x3, 3x5, 5x5? how long do you guys rest for strength sets? I do 3 minutes but I'd like to 5 however I really hate being that guy hogging the bench. I'd literally be on it for 30 minutes if I did 5 minute rests on 5 sets.
Finally did 2 plates on high bar.
Also rugby captain ask me to join uni team.

At a minimum 5 minutes between sets. Even if you "feel" ready by 2 or 3 minutes, wait the entire 5.

Am I the only one lifting tonight and tomorrow? Do you guys even lift?
I will be lifting many chicken legs and confectionary goodies to my fat mouth

I lifted this afternoon. Shit session but pushed through. Will probably lift tomorrow if i go in early enough.
Gym closed early on 24th, obviously not open for 25th. Will be doing Mon Wed Fri this week, all squat bench dl work.
Lifted today and tomorrow then I'll be traveling for a few days visiting family. Definitely going to try to lift on those days though. Ordered some OLY shoes and wrist wrap. Ready for them to get in and use them.
Now that I lift alone I've got a hard time waiting more than 2 minutes between sets.

Had a 5k row programmed for today. Rower wasn't available so had to sub 500 air squats for time - 22:39.9 of not fun.
