It looks like I'm going to have to change from pork shoulder to a different form of cheap protein. The shoulder is just too calorie dense and fatty. Any suggestions on cheap whole cuts? I found some beef round tip today. No idea what that is but the nutritional breakdown seems much better. I've already got chicken breast. Can't eat 20 ounces of that shit a day without going insane.

Also, switching from Olive Oil to Pam. Should shave 150 cal right there.

Eye round? Been promoting that in this thread for a while. Fucking hate pork shoulder, mum made one yesterday, somehow she makes it dry as fuck. Probably because she puts it in the oven instead of a slow cooker. Only way I can eat it is covered with mayonnaise mixed with sriracha and chilli powder in a tortilla with some potatoes.

For those of you that hire the online trainer, is it john meadows? I've heard the name john used in here plenty but not sure if that is who you are talking about.

If youre looking for trainers, I know a few great ones as well - I dont know how much "ex" charges, but these guys have pretty good prices from all I've seen, plus I have a personal relationship with the guys and trust them whole-heartedly.

about 300 quid for a 12 week program + support. Probably not worth it.

Edit: Knucks im sort of looking at it, but from a bodybuilding perspective not pure strength coaches.

Don't have a training partner in Cambridge, I propped my phone up against my hoodie on the floor. As I said I'll do it again in a few weeks. Thats why I took a photo of my knee angle on the box.

265, which is 75%, said it was slow as fuck. First time squatting in 2 weeks after salmonella poisoning and then the winter vomiting virus where I lost 15lb. Not really gonna be on top form.
