4 tablets a day and each bottle has 120 tablets. So it lasts me a month. I take enough shit as it is, don't want to overdo.

On the topic of recovery, anyone ever take epsom salt baths? I've been doing that most nights this week and after a good soak, my muscles feel the same way my head does when I partake in certain mind-altering activities.

    I find dry sauna helps.

Seems like most people who make BCAA a cornerstone supplement in their stack consume something like 30 grams during the workout and then dose 10 grams a couple other times during the day if their wallets afford them the luxury. I'd go broke doing that with BCAA's in pill form.

I don't take as many supplements as I used to either. Costs too much money.

God damn, word to that. I've eased up on the reliance on protein powder outside of the PWO window and mixing it with food. I take fish oil and digestive enzymes, which I view as must-haves. I'm giving BCAA's a shot so I can maintain a good protein intake. Since I do IF, I can only consume so much food in that window before I need to resort to something like BCAA's to fill out my protein needs for the day.

My current supplement list is pretty simple
    goldstandard whey and casein
    jack3d and blackpowder
    BCAAs, multis, and omegas

Still cost more than what I would like to spend.

Yeah I cringe when I think about what I spend on those things plus food. But as much as I'd love to dedicate more cash to stuff like clothes, those things can't compare to the physical and psychological benefits that come with the whole "health" lifestyle.

Too true. Although I am beginning to see some adverse effects of lifting weights, such as joint pains.

That's one of the reasons I've become more concerned with recovery. Fish oil, foam rolling, epsom salt baths, whatever I can do to improve the recovery process.

There's a gadget out there meant to keep hands and wrists feeling good, too. I can't recall the name of it, but Chris Shugart has mentioned it a few times. Gonna look into that, since I've been experiencing some mild aches and pains in those spots unrelated to too much fapping.

Right now my left wrist hurts whenever I pronate. I know it's not from fapping, because I am right handed.

Just had the worst workout ever. Couldn't lift as much for as long as I was only a week ago.

    Goddamn, that was frustrating.

I figured as much, since I eyeballed your meal-by-meal breakdown over IA (on that stalker tip it would seem). Just wanted to make sure that was the way to go.

I've changed my diet a lot from that. macros have been changed drastically and I feel way better now.

Is there any reason starting creatine would give me persistent muscle twitching?

Nope. Its probably just your muscles recovering/breaking down.
