Since some of you are doctors and masters in everything that is body let me ask this: How come getting a consistent 8-9 hours of sleep a night for 4 years turned me into a bitch? Back when I didn't train and even when I trained and didn't care about sleep i could go to bed at 1:00 wake up at 7:00 and at least function. Now after sleeping good for so long if I get like 5-6 hours of sleep I am DESTROYED and instantly start feeling cold symptoms. I wonder if it's because my body is better regulating all that shit and when I throw it off it's like WTF NO and hasn't stored enough insulin or whatever it is to keep me functioning on low sleep. Or it's that my training has become heavier, but my recovery and diet has become more efficient.. hmm
