To the guy saying I'm not training my shoulders enough, If anything before Stronglifts I was over working my shoulders, they're not small and I can get decent fly weights up, I just have a hard time with overhead press, not sure what this says? I do Hatha Yoga two or three times a week, every couple of weeks I will do Kundalini Yoga. Yes there are plenty of women at yoga, but I feel that its hardly a place to talk/meet women, climbing is much better as it requires belaying, and bouldering encourages talking about/solving problems.
I prefer slim but not cut.

Also for people that tried yoga once and didn't like its like saying you don't like strength training, there are millions of variations of yoga, some aerobic, some anaerobic, some that are dogmatic and spiritual.

Fuji sent me a text w/pic saying he does speedwork with my max (285). I want to see video to see if he's going below parallel and is keeping the weight at the same speed as his 50% 1rm.

Should I even bother with EC (or some of the harsher stuff like albuterol/clen) ? Would start EC now (for the next 6+- weeks prob) or alternatively use the harsher stuff as a finisher for last couple weeks.

Or just keep cutting down normally. I just want to start gaining weight again lol

I've been getting hungry as shit lately and went on a couple carb-fests - no fun. Just doing basic LG cycling stuff because it's easy/convenient for me and recently been making slow strength gains on the big lifts from week to week (probably because I'm still relatively new to the game) while slowly dropping bf. My 5rep for bench is still -20lbs from when I was my heaviest during the summer though :/ , OHP -5lbs everything else is +++ since then

I'm still like 13ish%, skinnyfat and this shiz is taking forever. Would like to start bulking again by beginning of February...so weak/small still.

Just want to get this weight cutting period over with asap so I can start trying to actually get stronger...at the same time not trying to turn into a balloon a month after I start my long-term bulk nomsayin

from the sounds of it i think you need to keep eating, not start cutting... and when you do, you shouldn't be worrying about an ec stack imho.
