I have similar taste to conceptionist, SS, MMM, Dries, SNS, TOJ, although I have a large mc casual wardrobe for work stuffs. Part of my reasoning for trying not to bulk is that I like my clothes too much.

Does anyone do yoga by chance?

I've been thinking about looking for something that is going to help with flexibility and relaxation. Figure I need to go to a studio and pay if I ever do it because I won't be able to figure it out on my own.

I do yoga at a studio about 6 days a week. I started in September, and love it. I now even look for studios when I travel, for example I was in DC for meetings last week and found a good place for yoga that was walking distance from my hotel. Ended up going 4 out of the 6 days I was there - took advantage of a two weeks of unlimited sessions for $25 promotion. I also did yoga for free at Lululemon in Chicago the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I've found yoga to complement my lifting very well.

More likely a result of not training it enough.

I basically read this thread and the various shoe threads. Every once in a while I'll get into one of the tailoring threads if I'm going to buy something new.

I've held off buying clothes for about 6 months because I'm putting on weight anyway. I just wear old AA tees and APC denim (about three years old). I haven't been reading the fashion threads at all. I read this thread and amathew's virgin thread and that's about it.

Not really...none of my shit fits anymore.

Right now I'm alternating between 2 pairs of TJMAXX khakis for work and I have a single pair of Levis that fit me. As far as shirts I have 2 H&M shirts, 2 JCrew Factory shirts, and a couple thrifties that fit me.

Meanwhile, I have 10 or so $200+ pairs of pants and ~20 or so $100+ shirts sitting in my closet gathering dust.:foo:

I've pared down my wardrobe a lot actually. I was never big into the whole fashion game anyway so it feels good.

What I wear to work on a daily basis:

Sometimes the sweater is black/charcoal/red/purple, sometimes the jeans are black or brown, and sometimes the shoes are black.

But generally that + my casual kit (TOJ/v-neck tee/J+ cable knit cardigan/wolverine boots) + some accessories is pretty much all i wear.

You need to change up your jeans/footwear combo. It's making you shape look very womanly.
