You roll out your triceps a lot with a lacrosse ball?
Im scared of all the prehab you old people have to do. I just warm up with the bar and do defrancos agile 8 like once a month and occasionally some band shit for my shoulders.
you're like 19 you don't need to do it, you will do stuff like that until you injure yourself.
Agile 8 is awesome though
yeah just wait until you break something and then you get fat weak and sad and your numbers disappear to zero. then you be knobblin' like errybody

Hmm that might be hard. What I actually like better is to rack a barbell in a squat rack about shoulder high, then walk around to the outside of the rack and put your arm on the collar of the barbell palms up, then just roll the top of your triceps inside your armpit then around the bottom at the elbow. Feels good.
The trigger point therapy book I have states that tennis elbow is miss diagnosed and it's just trigger points that should be taken care of. Probably whey tennis elbow rehab never works.
Was gonna start cutting in Jan but sorta wanna keep bulking. I still feel so small, worried I'm gonna look the same as I did before I started this bulk ughhh.
At least my numbers are still going up I guess. Just wanted to hit 2xBW squat. Currently at 180 lbs I'm 80 lbs short, but if I lose 20 lbs I'll only be down 45 haha.

Considering going from LG to the Warrior Diet. I'm reading the book now and it's a lot of pseudoscience but kind of like the principle.
What do you guys think?
If it's comfortable for you to eat that way, do it. If you're doing it for the broscience, rethink.
yeah, i just always over-do it during lunch on LG and feel a little wiped in the afternoon. Plus with the snacking protocol it'll force me to eat more veggies and such which I like.
My right ear hasn't stopped popping everytime i swallow or move my mouth since I overhead pressed monday.. wtf
