Feel your pain
I would've stuffed it but it was mostly for my own consumption and i was feeling lazy.
I put on salt pepper garlic powder and onion powder, pan-browned, and then stuck in the oven.
Arms just about reaching 15" now at 200lb. When they were 13 or so i thought 15 would look good. Now i reckon 16" would look like i lift, but they probably wont have time to get that big before i have to start cutting. Not sure if having a day just to pound arms and delts is helping but it feels good to have a bro workout anyway. Also wont be using a barbell for anything other than DL, rows and curls anymore, DBs all the way.
You measuring flexed or unflexed? I'm 13.5" flexed at 180 right now, still feelin tiny.
16 and I have done any curls or arm specific work in 6 weeks.

Lucky you arent you like 20lbs lighter than me as well.
16.5" flexed and unpumped checking in....still don't feel like I look like I lift. Maybe I'll be happy with 17...no 18....

15 or something right now at around 185, do not even train arms so no fucks given. I am so excite for new years resolutioners when I get back to uni in january, fat bishes and dyelers everywhere.
I go to a big commercial gym, not looking forward to new years resolutioners.
Inzer 13mm belt shits on the $40 lever belt I bought. 10mm belts, do they even work? Edges are raw and it feels all flimsy, will use for light speed work because its faster to put on. Will get pics comparing.
I'm gonna get a belt once my overhead press gets back up to 170lbs. I know exactly the one I want.
If its not an inzer or a titan then fuck you.
