    So my 1rm is maybe 25kg below yours with very little time spent deadlifting. Not sure of point.

    When going out to eating and going 0 carb I always feel like I'm getting ripped off or have 0 options.. like right now I'm hungry and my grassfed beef hasn't thawed out yet.. looking for some food to grab but coming up with zero options

    I dunno man, I felt that way until I did some digging around for keto recipes. There's some really great stuff out there. I just did two weeks of keto (well, 12 days) to get some of the holiday weight off and because I respond well to throwing in a week or so of it here and there. I couldn't have done it without leafy greens blended up and a lot of the recipes I found that replicated some of the foods that would otherwise be off limits during keto. I should add that I don't ever do 0 carbs; I seem to make fine progress keeping carbs to under 40 grams.

    True. I think I'm gonna start doing like 30-40g on off days too. I just bought a cookie with my meal :p

    so what is the best way to work the lower abs and lose that little bit of troublesome love handle/belly fat? I must be fucked genetically because I'm probably in the low teens body fat and it's the last place that just won't budge. can I donate it to medical research or a soap manufacturer? :lol:

    but srsly... I couldn't get any results until my father gave me this photocopied booklet called "Legendary Abs" and it really started working for me. I think I've plateaued... suggestions?
