My triceps aren't weak, they are hypertrophied from working them in the previous lift...
Put 285 up on bench easily today...went for 300 and missed twice. Sad because I know I'll probably have to wait until next year to get it now.

my shoulder is being a bitch, seeing good results from smashing my pec muscles. I think my pecs are so tight that they are pulling my glenohumeral joint foward
walking around daily at over 200 pounds made my calves grow pretty fast.
I haven't been to the gym in 6 days. I feel disgusting. Definitely going tomorrow.
Can anyone recommend a well-designed gym bag? Need space for work clothes, second pair of shoes/boots - would be nice if there a pocket/bag built-in for post-workout stuff so the whole bag doesn't stink.
Lululemon used to make well-designed stuff a few years back, but there recent stuff is shitty quality - and I don't see anything currently that might work. Looking for something a bit more thought out than just a duffle...

Fuck yes, nailed 405. It sailed up, I reckon I could have gotten another 10 or 20 lbs on.
Not really a gym bag, but I use an apc duffle.
Before this I used an actual gym bag by adidas, but looked like shit. I figure if I lug around on this thing 3-4 times a week it should at least look decent.
Seems like you want something bigger though, mine exactly fits wo clothes, weightlifting shoes, chalk, fractional plates, shake etc. With a belt it's full.
Maybe a filson medium duffle?
I read an article about breathing for heavy compound lifts like you were sucking through a straw, it really worked well today.
