    Fucking melatonin! Got on dat der 3mg stack, found myself up, completely wide awake, after 4-5 hours. I surfed a bit on my phone because I couldn't get back to sleep and read some side effects such as paranoia and cloudy thinking. Well, about 90 minutes later I manage to get back to sleep. I have an anxiety nightmare where I arrive at work and I'm the only employee there. Suddenly, 50 new hires come in which freaks me out, I try to welcome them but I feel my mind is too cloudy so I can barely talk, I can't even remember where I live when someone asks me. I have a panic attack in my dream and I wake up from my alarm, tired as fuck.

    Going to try to lower it to 1mg tonight.

    Legs feel super loose and flexible, knee are way less stiff, no soreness in the hips when walking up stairs etc.

    like that feeling after 1 hour of message therapy. #feelslikenewbody

    i have a year's worth allotment of massage therapy benefits to burn through in one month. looks like i'm good for 4 90-minute sessions between now and january

    My chin ups have basically stayed the same since my cut even though my strength has increased substantionally. I'm 10 kg heavier so it's not unexpected.

    New coach has me doing a ton of bodyweight stuff for the next few months to get conditioning up. Just finished Angie (100 pull-ups, 100 pushups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats) for the second time in a week - shaved 4 minutes off the last attempt. Pull-ups are getting much better.
