    Actual streets? (I wouldn't recommend buying them from a dude off the street lol)

    Or streets as in black market (aka online)?

    If the latter, I'm assuming you're talking about a standard 250mg/ml 10ml vial. 500mg/week is just a standard dosing for test. One vial would be enough for 5 weeks at 500mg/week.

    Run you about $40-60/vial from a reputable source for test from a well-reviewed lab.

    Just saw that Kelly Starrett of mobility wod released a book called "Becoming a Supple Leopard".
    Gonna order it as soon as I get home from work.

    I've managed to fix my hip and lumbar mobility so my back squat form is pretty good. Next up is ankle mobility and getting back that overhead ROM in my injured shoulder. Also gotta get more external rotation in my right arm.

    In that DYEL to Aesthetic video, was dude's caloric intake so restricted due to the time constraint of the contest or is eating sub-1400 cals for cutting normal?

    No, I wont take that stuff until I'm older. I'm 26 now and my test levels are decent, don't want to fuck that up. I'm just investigating so I know more about it for when I decide to start using it.

    Although.. it would be cool to start taking it now that I'm going to do more of a bodybuilding accessory template. I'm adding alot more volume in and I'm sure it will help with recover. But I will just eat more chipotle.

    I think you're jumping to conclusions. He might just want to look into it and be knowledgeable about it like I did.

    I don't take anything but I will in the future, and I would rather have my information about it straight beforehand.

    god I so hope sports centers would have some sort of OSHA gym prerequisite. things you never have to worry with athletes but always have to with non-athletes:

    -ppl impeding your view while you lift/walking past/stretching
    -ppl hanging out in the immediate vicinity while I snatch or clean and I mean get hit by a dropped barbell vicinity

    oh and nice azn mobility there fooj, too bad you're a tall masterrace fucker so wasted talent

    PSMF sucked when I did it for that week.

    I gained 11 lbs of water over the weekend, peeing like a sieve today so hopefully losing the last of it.
