    ^Yup same problem.

    Low carb days suck when you study for finals.

    Always feel better after drinking some milk / munching on some nuts.

    In the meantime should I squat to a box?

    My form has no lumbar flexion if I squat to a box below parallel. Weird huh?

    Even the blurry vision? I get this mostly on Sunday, even though Saturday was suppose to be a low carb but i introduced some carbs at dinner.

    Optic nerve is part of CNS and therefor relies on glucose or ketones....would be affected by ketosis as much as rest of brain

    Coldsnap's body feels betrayed by the sudden absence of short stacks and Frostys.

    Been doing keto myself lately in preparation for the impending holiday tour de force of junk food and haven't had many issues aside from Wednesday, when I woke up and felt like I was coming off a whiskey-fueled night of antics.

    dammit being jacked sucks. i'm going back to being fat, i was in a better mood (srsly feel gym rage some days) and had better vision.

    If squatting to a box helps your form, go for it. The key for you is going to be continuing to work on mobility, and keeping intensity in check. Don't let yourself get carried away and increase intensity past your ability to move with good form.

    because I don't want to get skinny. I am gaining 1lb - 1.5lb a week while also cutting body fat %. getting best of both worlds here that i wasn't getting with zig zag calories

    you also cant see straight and live in a constant state of headaches pain hunger and dissatisfaction

    I've responded well to doing a week or two of keto after every few weeks of zig-zagging calories. I'm actually consuming close to or more calories on keto than I am while doing zig-zag.

    Plus, it's a nice thing to throw in after something like last weekend's holiday festivities to drop the water weight gained.

    I wouldn't do it if I found it seriously impairing my day to day life. Aside from the hangover-like day I mentioned earlier, the only drawback of keto for me has been needing to get more creative with my meals.

    Pork chops stuffed with andouillle then seasoned wrapped in bacon bam a pad a butter on top and in the oven for 40 minutes

    Served with pork rinds on the side, I call it pork 5 ways.

    So you're gaining up to say 2.5lb of muscle and loosing a lb of fat a week, naturally after training for several years. Ok brah, seems legit.
