Post-conditioning recovery meal:
Homemade chocolate sludge: grassfed butter, heavy cream, potato flour, bananas, and 100 cocoa powder. Takes 10 minutes to make, looks kinda gross in the pic, but oh so satisfying.

Took gf to WWE Raw last night at Roanoke Civic Center...it...was....awesome. Though I realized most WWE Superstars don't even legs.
Wrestlers are the ultimate bros, have no legs or back, but a big chest and arms. Except guys like triple H and cena who somehow dont get caught by the wellness policy.
Today i learnt that i can incline DB press the same as i flat bench. Bench just feels shit in comparison, probably gonna drop it and just use incline DB now.
1. That's fucking awesome! Dude has some balls to continue lifting lifting after squat mishap.
2. The feeling of lifting at a powerlifting competition is just gold. I never did anything big, just state competitions, but there's nothing like being on that platform. I was going to do the APF Best of the Midwest a couple years ago, right before I quit lifting, and those bigger meets are full of energy.
3. I love videos of Laura Phelps squatting.

Nice. Similar total which I'll be going for in the same weight class in February. But with a bigger squat and smaller deadlift.

So i back squatted for the first time in 2-3 months Friday then I cleaned + front squat. Have the worst DOMS right now and it ruined my saturday, stayed inside all day. Tried to foam rolled and almost died. You guys think active recovery works? I'm trying to get myself to walk to the store or something at least.
