1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

This is all that I've used -

    http://www.ericcressey.com/assess-and-correct-now-available

Everyone is jacked up in their own special way, the best way to correct it is to assess your movement patterns and try to correct it. Instead of just doing a sledgehammer approach like facepulls and pullthroughs. At the end of the day though strength is king and will be the main thing to do with moving correctly and having good posture.

I'd ignore all this crap though if youre doing a bodybuilding routine though. I've come to understand that if you're hitting a muscle from 3 different areas and changing that every month than there's so much variety in lifts that the chance of hurting yourself goes down significantly. While on the other hand in powerlifting it's really easy to develop an overuse injury.

Eat protein with every meal. Eat lots of vegetables especially leafy ones. Eat carbs on days you work out. Have one day a week where you sit down and eat your favorite foods.

I want to see what they have to say about my hips shifting to the right still on max squats out of the hole (but managing to keep my knees out), but I don't want to spend that much for like, maybe 3min worth of what I need.

Just saw the haze from one of my high school friends who lives there now... or more like, couldn't see shit. Looksbatman

Most recent acquisition in project home gym...

This thing is solid, according to Life Fitness website it weighs over 100lb (haven't verified, but it's beefy for sure). Just needs a wipe down and some new upholstery :nodding:

Holy shit, a new gym opened up in my area. At first I was skeptic because of the cheezy name (Fire Gym) but dear god do they have the best equipment in town. Owners seems to be a strongman + a pro bodybuilder. They had: chains, trap bar, safety bar squat, chalk stand, all bars were good stuff with a good grip, good benches, dumbells up to 200lbs, deadlift machine, all those strongman stuff for overhead/clean work, even some atlas stone + good squat rack. Cheap too, 180 for 6 months or 300 for a year. Best of all, Attack from SOAD was playing when I got in. Signed on the spot :slayer:

Nah, I have an online trainer. That older guy (vet powerlifter) was just the trainer at my gym that used to spot me when I went heavy.

Charly can you clear something up for me. I always thought RAW you have to walk out the squats, although I see some videos where the tittle is like RAW RECORD and they are using a monolift. Is it just by federation? Curious because gym I'm joining has a monolift and I want to walk out my squats if I will have to in competition.

Depends on your fed. You better check with the one you want to compete with.

Yep, depends on the fed. Check with your fed's rules.

He put himself in that situation, but that's too bad.

It's not the first time he's had a gun pulled on him.. guess he pushed his luck a little too far hah
