I am pretty sure this strange tingling feeling in the area of my shoulder blades is a pinched nerve. I think I will take it easy for a week and see if it goes away.

As of this morning, I've lost 50 pounds total. Still have 10 or so to go, but that should be a breeze.

The only downside has been that my lifts on squat, deadlift, and bench have tanked. I used to be a powerlifter and competed in a number of competitions, and now I can't lift shit after dropping the weight. Now, my squat is 185, deadlift is 225, and bench is 135....that sucks!!!!

I just came to a realization that I was another "fat guy who lifted weights" and started at 200 and am now 150. My goal is to get to 140 at 5"4

Told my gf the same thing but didn't put a weight on it. She said as long as I don't turn into a fatty because she'd do the same thing. Works for me.

I've been hovering around 180 for quite a while now, but my lifts are still going up. Cannot wait to cut in Jan.

I think the "ideal weight" for someone who is 5"4 ranges from 120 to 140, so it might actually be on the heavier side.
