1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

[IMG] Then you totally missed the point of his post.
The article Jarude posted isn't real nor was it supposed to be.
Read again and think about the discussion we had about that actors physique.

damn dude, that's a solid 215. How do get such flat hips at 200lbs. I guess the longer I lift the closer I will get there.

I see pics such as charly's and am reminded that it seems like the notion that you've gotta be a fat slob in order to get jacked is a smokescreen for a lot of people to, well, be a fat slob.

Yea but you don't wake up one morning looking like that. It''s a process.

Yeah it's a process, but not necessarily one that calls for getting pretty damn fat. Charly's posted progress pics quite a few times, and he's not looked too fluffy. TKJTG also never looked FAT during his bulk. A little soft, yeah, but nothing crazy.

I know where you're getting at but Charlie started from a body building background routine. Charly reminds me that you don't have to be bloated and rely on leverage to put up big numbers. Hell he probably had more lean body mass at 175lbs or whatever he started at then I did at 190lbs. If you're starting at 130lb weakling like I did you're going to have to get fluffy. I think fat is objective, fat to me is 22% bodyfat or over. If a skinny kid wanted to be big like charly he would have to just eat a ton and probably deal with being 18-20% bodyfat for awhile just to pack on the muscle mass.

I'm not necessarily talking about you. That mindset is just something I've seen on various sites and forums over the years. Unless you're a professional bodybuilder or powerlifter, then it seems unnecessary to do the whole get real fat thing. And for what it's worth:

I was about 125-130 pounds when I started btw.

And I never had a strict bodybuilding background.. just lifted without any direction before I started powerlifting.

Oh and that picture of me above is when I was about 135 or something around there.
