    i would rather do DB good mornings, preferably with band resistance.

    i might be wrong but ***internal rotation*** isn't something you should be overly concerned about unless you are actually rowing or pressing. i dont think the weight you'd be using for pullthroughs for reps would have any kind of notable effect on ***internal rotation;*** to the best of my knowledge its more of an issue with people whose pressing/pulling ratio is way out of whack for an extended period of time. then again i dont have any particular experience or in-depth knowledge on the topic so take it with a grain of salt.

    So I did olympic lifting two days ago for the first time in like 7 months. On both sides of the front of my shoulder around the deltoid / acromion area is so fucking sore, i can hardly touch it.

    Front squatted 105kg for an easy triple, feels good man. Sister did front squats for the first time, hit 60kg for a triple at a body weight of about 100lb, is this real life. Inb4 "do you have vids so we can access form"

    You merlin? We both front squat with a fairly wide stance so full ROM is only just past parallel, she didn't seem to hit depth on the last rep.

    She didn't seems to hit depth of any of the reps...hope you go deeper than that or that's a bad camera angle brah

    I just realized the pain in my deltroid / acronium is probably from the bar hitting me because it's on my shoulder bone. The cleans were crashing on me a bit. My old coach literally had holes in his shoulders where he could insert an olympic bar into and the bar would rest across his chest while standing up.
