I'd actually say it's probably not that difficult - knew a bunch of skinny highschool guys who could do it, pretty easily, between 160-170.

You knew "a bunch" of 6'2 160lb kids in highschool who squatted at an advanced level?

By a bunch, I mean four or five. I also knew at least one 5'9" 160 kid who was squatting around 360.

Had a 5'8" friend who squatted 405 and pulled 440 at 160 after about a year. Also front squatted 140kg and push pressed 100kg recently. Sadly he herniated a disk and had to drop down to 3 plate on the back squat and can't pull anymore.

chicken number 2 came out much better, no filling or lemon juice and slightly longer cooking time.

Looking to cut some body fat over the next 3 months. I'm pretty happy with my current strength levels, so I'm not too concerned with gaining strength over that time period, but I'd like not to lose much and/or feel like crap during workouts. What diets have people had good experiences with?

I'm currently 5'6 and around 190 lbs. I eat pretty clean considering I'm living in China. I sort of hate the idea of calorie counting but I guess that's a must? Thoughts?

w00t 2 days later and I'm feeling not sick. I start Tuesday at that gym we are all making fun of, they have some insane equipment though. Monthly fee is $150 but owner said he would cut me a deal if I teach him how to do dat olympic lifting.

Carb backloading :p Srsly though, I am cutting fat and gaining about 1lb a week of muscle. I went from a disgusting bloat to a visible six pack in a week. I hate calorie counting too, it sucks and I probably wont ever do it again cause that's no fun.

Doing banded dislocations and noticed that my arms have dramatically different paths when I am rotating them backwards. My right arm stays very close to my body, rotation makes almost a perfect circle. Left arm starts fine but beginning directly overhead, path moves outward instead of straight back, not nearly as tight. Interestingly, my right shoulder is actually more internally rotated than my left.

    What does it all mean?

Which one is your injured arm? Now that my right arm is semi healed I have to work on my left arm because it is much tighter from picking up the slack of my right arm, could be that.

Doubt it, I dont really have an injured arm, just pain on the right side of my neck. The difference in ROM is very striking though I havent really noticed it in my lifts.
