    still trying to get an effective leg workout with my groin.

    to that effect, i was that dude doing 3/4 squats on the smith machine.

    Think I'm done gaining in my legs. I'm at the point where jeans and pants are all size 34 and I'm 5 7, for the sake of not having to wear sweat pants I'm done. Can focus on upper body cause it's def lacking.. Is this redic

    Carrying logs through woods, one on each shoulder, all morning. Then splitting firewood all afternoon. Sore, but felt nice to do something physical since no gym due to holiday.

    It's worth noting that after the noob gains stage, you should be able to put on a fair amount of strength without much of any size increase - depending on your training protocol. My legs are no bigger with a 390 max squat than they were with a 250 max squat. I was never really skinny, so maybe it will be different for you. Still, if you focus on low volume sets, you should be able to minimize hypertrophy/size gains while still increasing strength/speed/stamina.

    btw ate a loaf of garlic bread ytd night for backloading. First major glutinous thing I've eaten in a month or so; I can still feel it sitting in my stomach like a rock. Staying away from gluten from now on.

    GN lookin good homey, are the sleeves too short is is that just the picture? I wear all Uniqlo suits and get constant compliments on them.


    Good to hear. At 180lb bodyweight I wil be happy with a 350 squat.. dunno if possible.

    Nope, 350 squat at 180 bw is impossible. You have to weigh 350 if you want to squat 350; it's simple physics.


    Uniqlo (in asia, at least) tends to have really short arms on jackets. They also have high buttoning points which makes them rather boxy.
