    BBC3 right now is about bodybuilders/skinny guys trying to bulk up should be interesting.

    lol at them using electrical body fat measuring things and telling the big guy that he is now 3% body fat, when actually like 10%, how can professionals be so retarded?

    My flat mate is German and really into German stuff. Only watches pornhub because it's hosted in germany. As a result buying German stuff and only going to techno clubs.

    After watching Stinger's bench video a couple days ago, I thought I might as well get mine checked by you too.

    This is the 3rd set. I do RPT so weight is low.

    I focus on arching as much as possible, have feet driven hard into the ground, shoulder blades together and scapula retracted. I try to tuck elbows (keep them close to the sides, I guess?) but still maintaining straight bar path.

    I'm not very good at using the actual chest muscles. Rarely get sore in the chest day after benching.

    First two reps and the last one looks pretty shitty to me.

    Stinger I am let down by this show. There is not enough lolzy lifting people, there are lots of unaesthetic women, which are providing the lolz, but not as much lolz as dyelers.

    Not a fan of that body position at all, but I'm sure there are guys who will disagree...

    Otherwise hard to tell from the camera angle, but here are my thoughts:
    - bar path looks fine
    - grip looks too wide (though again, this may be a trick of the camera angle)
