No but on a related note I wore a similar pair of raw black jeans today. They're so fucking uncomfortable, you can never scratch your junk which is a pity because you will want to ALL THE TIME. I don't know why I ever put up with this shit.

seriously, i wore some other APCs yesterday and all i could think about was how stiff and uncomfortable they were. i have some rrl washed denim that i wear the hell out of and its so much more excellent
Kopped dem ironwoody bands on sale - come at me, mobility work.
Hit 80% of what I overhead pressed before I was injured last night, pain free right now. The mobility is still not there but I feel like the shoulder is moving much better. Super happy
i got 2x #1-5 which is complete overkill but i'm pretty excited. don't just use them for mobility - try banding some movements. banded good mornings and bench are sweet.
need to bust out the welder and rig up some band pegs for my rack now.

im afraid of doing overhead presses this cycle. i think i still go into lumbar extension when going overhead :/

With everyone I have seen post-back injury, I was told to stay neutral and any sort of movement in the low back is not good.
