1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Khay, though i think it would be better for you to add some more muscle before cutting from an aesthetic point of view I agree with Hendrix; stick to the plan.
Experiencing the cut and seeing how you 'end up' will be a good experience from which you will be able te derive future plans.

    I'm 5'7".

I know that my arms and shoulders are noticeably bigger simply by the fit of my clothes. I don't think the photos reflect that as much as in real life. Unfortunately I don't have any legit progress photos from last July.

Well I did a really dirty bulk which basically meant eating whatever as long as I was getting enough protein. After I finish this cut I'm going to take a more methodical approach which should see much better gains. I also was not consistent enough with my lifting due to letting life events get in the way which was a significant factor.

Though as I said before I think I'll look pretty different at 158 than I did back then. When I first lost 30 lbs the difference was extreme. If I'm 20 lbs up right now then that is going to be a pretty significant difference from where I'm currently at, more so than where I was in that photo last July. There's no way in hell I'm carrying 20 lbs of fat and looking underneath like I did back then, it just doesn't make sense.

But I got less hate this time than I did last time I cut, so I guess that means I'm moving closer to RHET-approved cuts. :foo:

New gym has a couple of oly bars so less wrist pain when doing cleans.

Should I get a kitchen scale that has that bowl thing or the flat one?

This doesn't even make sense. Try harder next time plz

Flat one. You can always put a bowl on top of it if you want.

Sitting at 185lbs these days. Had originally thought about cutting a bit for the summer. Now after a couple weeks at the beach, I have decided I would rather be big and a little fat than small with abs. Going to go up to 200lbs.

That just seems really light for anyone at or over 5'7" that lifts weights. No one here is Joe Morrow.

    Thanks, mane.

I measured myself at the gym today, up to 93kg. Should probably take better care of my macros.

Khayembii keep bulking. Im in the same boat kind of but I have a lil mo mass (5' 10" 190 prob like 15% BF). If I were you I would legit bulk to like 200 and cut down from there.

The way I see it, makes no sense to cut w/arms less than 16-17". Thats just me tho
