I put my middle finger on the ring, so pretty standard width.
My elbows get like 2-3" below bench when bar touch chest. I've got long arms, 6'3 tall.

Had an entire rotisserie chicken for lunch....good god it hit the spot. Good way to reward my self for epic back/bicep day at the gym this morning.

It is worth a shot to figure out where that is what is causing neck pain.

It will be back, I'm sure of that..

We got this crazy thing in europe/parts of the world that aren't retarded called the metric system. One part of the metric system is the kilogram, it is also an SI unit, which I think is a bit strange because of the kilo prefix. BASICALLY 1 kilogram is about 2.2lb, stinger is in the UK so his numbers are in kilograms so he deadlifted 275lb for 5 and 286lb for 5, which I wouldn't say is too weak.

I agree but how do you go about figuring that out? I have spent time doing trigger point work and strengthening my trips with things like pulldowns, reverse flies, facepulls and have succeeded in building some god upper back mass but not really fixing the neck issue.

Kopped the belt jarude posted. Only had larges left so I guess the power drill is coming out. Using a lever belt should be interesting, will be less hassle for speed work at least.

    $45 is a fantastic deal for a 4" 10mm suede lever belt.

How long are you guys spending at the gym when you go? I'm only like 30-60 mins, usually around 45.

About 1.5 hours, 4 days a week. Sometimes 2 hours, but that's once in a while.

It's usually around an hour and 15 mins for me.

Warm up takes 15-20 min (foam roll, dynamic stretch, activation exercises, random bodyweight stuff to get the pulse up)

    Actual workout 45-50 min

    Stretching afterwards 10 min

Ideally I'd spend less time, but I really need a good warmup and IA SBPR takes a while with all the volume.
Sometimes I stretch later in the day so I get out quicker.

You're like me then, I just don't warm up or stretch.

Usually 1.5 - 2 hrs. (total) 5 days/wk, but lately I've been doing yoga at least 3 days a week and it's cutting into my gym time. Not enough time to do both. :(
