    start with good form do the last 1-2 in poor form to get extra burn/pump

    Finished prep for CBL, lost 7lbs, looking lean as fuck. tonight I have a whole pizza waiting for me, pint of icecream and black and white cookie

    How the fuck am I supposed to eat 600g of carbs in 6 hrs. Will CBL not work if I eat less carbs than prescribed?

    Only cue really needed is to keep the scapula retracted through the whole movement.


    Congrats on making it through the prep phase. I've skipped it both times around >.> Yea it's hard lol. Carbogain in your PWO shake helps a lil. Also Cheescake, I'll post my food log today.

    By both measures it is, by my actual weight its 637 and by how much weight I lost in prep its 659.

    600g carbs is nothing - depending on whether yo are trying to eat clean or not.

    for instance, i just ate 42g of swedish fish - 38g carbs.

    Word need to start thinking like a fat kid again, 4 C's. Candy, chocolate, cookies and cake. I think i'm gonng like this "diet."
