1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Yeah this is basically the IFBB pro section of bodybuilding.com

Wake up at 11, play angry birds space for an hour, debate whether or not to get out of bed, read a guide for the perplexed for an hour, eat a bagel and lox, read doing capitalism in the innovation economy for an hour, have a j, spend an hour in the gym doing 200 dips because your too scared to see how much you can bench after taking a while off. So many excuses crew.

Only good thing about loosing so much weight from not lifting is I can now do a set of 30 dips fairly easily, did that for a few sets then went up to 20kg for 15.

LOL yea yea but there are some big guys in here, at least throwing up bigger numbers and looking bigger than me. I mean this was me last July:

Don't think I look a ton bigger than that in an overall photo but I've definitely put on some muscle and am looking similar to that at 15 lbs heavier. Would love to cut down to the same weight as that photo and see how much better I look but I probably will stop within 5 lbs because that's skinny as fuck (5'7" 158 lbs).

EDIT: For the lulz, here is what I looked like a year before that above photo, in full DYEL post-college alcoholic mode:

Whoa, just realized I have the same cell phone as like three years ago crazy

Maybe I can blame genetics for my frame and how I look at my height and weight then. I fit my 44r suit just fine in the shoulders last weekend though it was a pretty loose fit in the body.

What was your shoulder measurement in that pic if you remember? I have 3in on you and you're more lean than I but not by a huge amount. Maybe growing up as a swimmer helped or its all dem Aryan genetics' fault.

Fuck if I know. I wrote em down and have em somewhere but don't know where. I'm Aryan, too, though.

Anybody in the 220-240 lbs? I feel alone in this skinny-DYEL crew.

Srsly. I even made a TFW your suit falls off your shoulders post in anticipation of it not fitting given my cut but I was pleasantly surprised to have it at least fit my shoulders. I'll grab a measuring tape and see where I'm at tonight.

With that being said, that one 44r suit may not be indicative of all 44r suits. Now that i think of it, back when I gave up on lifting post-injury a few years ago and was ~164 I fit the same suit in a 40r to a tee.

Manlet but aesthetic. 5'6" 158. It'd be fun to run a cycle or bulk hard or something but at this point i don't want to develop short man syndrome. It's not even like i'd be trying to compensate--I just think it'd be fun to be a beast for a bit.

Damn society's views of manlets :(.

Just hit the veggie section of my science of good cooking book and a lot of it is pasta sauce. Gotta stock up on spaghetti squash before it goes hella out of season.

5'7" 190lbs. I was 150lbs at like 11% bodyfat at some point in my life when I did MAX-OT (lol). I much prefer where I'm at now.

My (non-visible) progress over the past 10 months even though I did get stronger.
    Went from 78 to 80kg @ 182cm.
Drop 2% bf and I'll be happy (and yes, even skinny-bitchier).
