    except knucks is putting up better numbers than almost anyone else here and is a huge help/resource to us.

    Try carb backloading, you get a big bloat then wake up int he morning with abs.

    Are you sure that any of the advice in here is worth a shit? I can't say I have read of a single problem that has ever been fixed as a result of this thread since creation.

    Does veggies and fibre count? I eat alot of salmon/chicken salad.

    LOLZ actually my diet is pretty much carb backloading...i stick to no high glycemic carbs before workouts.

    Training fasted feels good anyways...as long as I get enough sleep.

    High or low metabolism has nothing to do with bloating.

    Bloating is bloating.

    If you have a "low metabolism," it is most likely due to the way you eat or have been eating.

    knucks we same height and I'm 6 lbs behind you in weight, i'm a lot more soft though. What i mean is that we can start sharing clothes soon :fistbump:
