I still lift barefoot.
Not really sure where to start. Doctor of course seemed satisfied to say "don't do deadlifts." Didn't take an xray or anything, didn't refer me for some PT - though to be honest he probably would have sent me to some lame PT not anybody that can really tell me what I have going on and if/how it can be fixed.
I lift in VFFs.
Doctors are completely useless IMO unless you are a fat and lazy slob american.
Tried to do a TGU and felt another pain in my abdomen.
