I think I've added more mass from flyes than I have with any other chest exercise. Just saiyan.
I had Green Veggies and Fruits and also Had Choco Icecream.
late as hell, but i was near delray beach for a few days. did disney one day, sat my ass down on the beach for the other few days. thanks for the offer though, i am back in the frozen north now. was pretty fun, i can see why people have vacation homes there; couldn't live there all year though. uppity health club offered no funny shenanigans .
i just got a copy of steve maxwell's encyclopedia of joint mobility. i'm working through the shoulder series right now and it seems pretty good thus far. i'm hoping a good routine of mobility work and stretching will unfuck my shoulder moreso than searching for the magic exercise cure. i've always considered myself to have decent mobility but im finding out the hard way how immobile i really am here.

its a video series:
disc1 - elbow/wrist/hand/finger, neck, shoulder
disc2 - hip, spine/low back
disc3 - spinal rocking, toe/foot/ankle/knee
some of them are actually pretty hard; im going to make an honest effort to do at least half an hour of these daily.
Is it just mobility or does it go through posture correction as well?
I still wana try ROLFING..

Something to mention: Stretching/mobility could also make a condition worse.
yeah I'd think so. it's possible that your *shoulders* are good now so just some stretches/massaging the triceps and etc will be good

If you have pain overhead or have issues with scapular stability, I would go really easy on the stretches for the posterior capsule. A lot of people think they are tight in the capsule but that tightness could be a result of instability. Ask me how I know.

Owner of the gym told me he's gonna ban me if i drop weights one more time. Asked him if he's ever tried to put down 180kg gently, his jimmies were russled.
Apparently Turkish Getups are great for shoulder mobility/rehab
I did a few KB swings/snatches on Friday...nothing too much so as not to aggrevate my injury. I've lost so much strength jfc.
they are also terrible if you have poor range.
