My breakfast consists of 3-4 egg whites and 1 whole egg.

my breakfast consists of black coffee and water.

skip breakfast with black coffee then eat a quick morning snack of cottage cheese and peanut butter.

Amazing what a week off with some proper sleep and more food can do.
Today was bench day and I could easily crank out 3 more reps (from 5 to 8) each set at the same weight.
I have a huge problem of getting in bed in time and when I do, I still can't sleep. Usually only get 6-7 hours on weekdays. Where do you guys get that ZMA or other types of sleeping pills? Nutrition/supplement webshops or the pharmacy?
