There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

For like a week. And I got all my macros. It was just nasty though.

Keto seems like a really bad idea before a competition. Carbs are your energy source. If anything it will prob be better to fuck around with sodium/water cycling

I think he's prepping for the weigh in and not the day of the meet. I have been on a keto based diet for months and when you re-feed the next day your energy is super hero like, I am sure Charly will be fine...

    Yea, what Tooch said.

My keto diet is only running for 5 days. Plus I have a 24 hour weigh in. After weigh in's I'm going to get about 10-12,000 calories in and about 10,000+mg of sodium. :D

This is me this tuesday. Gonna pig out like never before.
Thinking of eating 2 large pizzas (one with kebab and another with seafood), a footlong sub, a double 200g cheeseburger with bacon and fries, one birthday cake and another homemade protein cake [IMG]. Maybe I'll add a falafel.

Still not even close to your calorie goal, haha.

could use some advice with o-lifting. i just started about a month ago and its been a humbling experience to say the least, especially learning the snatch. luckily, i have a coach but the problem is that the gym is 45 mins away so at most i make it there twice a week. are there exercises i can do in my other gym besides back and front squats? thats all my coach recommended-he seems pretty old school but what do i know.

Guessing you can't clean and jerk at your other gym. Do snatch grip pulls, clean high pulls, sot presses, RDL, and overhead squats. I trained olympic lifting very old school and that's about the extent of the assesory work I used, IMO nothing can replace actually cleaning and snatching.

What city do you live in?
NYC supposedly has some "Swedish" pizza joints where you can get all kinds of crazy variations. Don't know about other cities but it's going to pop up eventually.

Kebab pizza (or any seemingly weird but very tasty ingredient combination) is probably our biggest food export second to meatballs.

that's pretty legit. depending on how beginner OP is, I wouldn't even recommend doing a huge number of pulls either, i.e. do them wrong and you've just fucked up your classic lift technique right there.

i'm pretty beginner, only about a month into this. yeah my normal gym is a university one so no platforms or bumper plates. i mess around with hang cleans but keep it safe and don't attempt anything over 185lbs. thanks for the recommendations, i'll give those a try

Echo previous advice and yeah concentrate on light weights first for clean/snatch form. Been doing it for 6 months, still think my form is shitty even though I managed to get up to a 60kg snatch.

Also, should I pay $200 a month for gyms with lifting platforms? My uni gym kicks ass except for no being allowed to dump weights.....(but its like $16 mthly for alumni and all my lifting bros hang out there/ hot uni female staff that eye fuck me etc etc)

How to stop myself from getting with girls worse looking then me? I keep pulling in that 5-7 range, probs because i'm not willing to actually make effort with women and it's nice because they're grateful. Went to bristol for a house party, which was pretty cool. I remember graphic saying it's good to fuck ugly girls because it shows your confident or something, but in reality i'm just like is this real life when im getting with them.

simple, just get more aesthetic, then the relative aesthetic-ness of the hoodrats you slay will rise as well

im sure you have an economic theory for this

Girls who are 8-9 believe they are high in demand and low in supply.

You gonna show these 8-9 that your expected utility is the same with or without them aka act a little bit dickish, like you that dude that can lift the most weight and slay anyone.

Has worked well for me, and I wasn't even that aesthetic back then.

I know it sounds stupid but if it ain't broke don't fix it. The hotter she is, the more of an asshole I am to her.

Make sure you stretch, mobilize, and assess any problems you might have. I hit olympic lifting really hard and was able to place in states but the people I trained under never stretched or mobilized. So I said fuck it and didn't either. As a result, I came out of olympic lifting with a bunch of nagging injuries that took a long ass time to deal with while powerlifting.
