I'm turning into a fatass since I quit smoking back in April. Up to 140 flippin pounds now, and for the first time ever I have a belly. What's the fastest way to get rid of it with exercise? I take it Tabata KB swings?
I actually kinda dig having the gut, I enjoy showing it off, but damn I really don't want to have to get all my friggin suits altered, so the gut's gotta go.
Just did this stretch for both legs. Haven't felt that much pain since I broke my arm up at the shoulder.
Thought I would pass out around the two minute mark.
Def gonna do this every day.
eat less food
srs though diet is going to determine whether or not you lose weight, do tabata swings if you'd like but its not the ***best method of fat loss***. figure out what you're eating every day, subtract 20% / 500 cals, hit the gym, success

Well I want to be gaining weight, just not so much in the belly area. I guess I need to start squatting / benching
I'm almost back up to my starting weight, which is cool because I gained a bunch of muscle, though I know all 25 lbs isn't.

My "normal" weight was always 120 - 125
What's your height? You should continue gaining weight. I was 120-25 once, it sucks and your bodys normal weight will increase. Now that I am well past 150lbs I could stop working out and not revert back to my 120lb self thankfully.
