1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You should wear them to the gym and nothing else (not even a shirt) like some of the bodybuilders at my gym do.

Wait...they wear POSING trunks to the gym?

    As in one-step-away-from-a-thong trunks????

Find a track, or try an elliptical. I can't do treadmills, and only certain days can I stationary bike.

Treadmill pushing is much harder and more worthwhile though it is more suited to intervals than steady state... Just brace yourself against the unit and push on the track without turning it on.

Oh well lol...that's perfectly okay. If my gym had a posing studio, I'd sure as hell practice, too. Right now I have to resort to my basement with shitty lighting and using my phone to record video.

Also, HIIT while carb depleted is the worst fucking feeling ever

If you want to do some light cardio on rest days aka active recovery, just go out and do a light run outside for 5 klicks. Aint no rocket science.

Also treadmills are for intervals only...I never spend more than 5 mins per interval on one.

Seriously, some form of cardio at least 1 a week is very good for overall health.

Hmmm nice! Forgot about spaghetti squash! Will have some tomorrow before next refeed!

Charly, for the sake of RHET sanity I think I'll pass on that until post-contest. :D

You can literally see my inguinal lymph nodes in them.

I'm going to pretend I know what that is... and that it's something dirty.

Progressive overload is coming around nicely.

525 is a weight PR and it went up smooth for two singles.

I feel like motherfucking superman right now.

Shopping around for strength programs for this fall...any recommendations?

Goals are to get bench 295 --> 345, squat 435 --> 485, deadlift 455 --> 505 and finally start doing heavy military presses. Might seem like ambitious goals, but I think they're do-able since I've acheived my numbers with hypertrophy training and no real strength training. Will probably bulk up to 200(210 tops).

5/3/1 has strong pressers. Although since you're starting at a super low body fat you should just do something like Texas Method, linear gains will be faster than 5/3/1.

I like my coach's basic routine he put out a while ago: http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19594

It's very similar to what I do but mine is personalized for my weaknesses and goals.

I'll tell you one thing.. it didn't happen overnight. Took me forever to figure out what worked best for me.

It's certainly working for you!! I do a lot of playing around with my form, sometimes it's disastrous and sometimes it works. I still don't think I know my mechanics well enough though

It looks interesting...but curious why he put wide grip bench instead of standard PL bench?
