    300ml Tesco chocolate fudge brownie flavour milk with 2 scoops unflavoured whey....best tasting PWO shake ever.

    So it would seem - what's a good physique focused program then? like seven months into 5/3/1, which I know you've said isn't great for that.

    Most people consider hypertrophy sets to be somewhere in the 6-12 range. Personally, on my sets I shoot for around 10 and if I can't get at least 6, I decrease the weight.

    I've been on SPBR since start of summer.
    Hate to do ab exercises and calves are even worse. Dropped both a while in the program but have started doing them again to assist my squat. I really need to get my core strength up and since very little direct leg work in the program I guess calf raises are needed. Probably help with ankle flexibility too since it's a mix of strength and stretching exercise. I just do weighted planks for abs.

    FWIW, I haven't seen the gains I expected during this period and I think it is a cause of me moddifying the program. Gonna do it exactly as written from now on.
