LOL >.< I hate it. I might start dieting or biking a bike more to try and burn some mass down there.

Didn't mean it like that. It's just where my body stores its fat, so any sorta of extra cardio or dieting will take some inches away from there.

Thinking if Forza Horizons is on my door step when I get home from work that's a good enough reason to skip the gym. If it's not I'm getting my ass on my bike and riding it to the gym to deadlift.

I lift at a rec center now that just build a brand new weight room. No powerrack though.. what's cool though is there's like NO ONE every there. I work out at peak times too and it's dead, so i just watch Jersey Shore on their TVs and lift loudly.

i was all hyped up because there was a shitton of leftovers and i was eager for seconds, too bad i missed the giant "VEGGIE" sign on the damn things until i was 3/4 done. no wonder there was a ton left

considering i ate a pound of pork tenderloin yesterday, it all evens out i guess

aside from misappropriating the name "burger" which should rightfully be reserved for bloody meat, i dont have an issue with veggie patties. chopped up veggies with an egg in an omelette-type deal is acceptable, but i had one of those soy tofu death patties. felt bad afterwards man.

xcom has owned my life recently, also playing the crap out of our own IP beta which is actually a lot of fun. lift, eat, sleep, videogames, life is good.

I have actually been going to the gym every other day.

Hitting the 1 year mark. I remember when I was posted in thread and was spazzing out. As a 1 year mark "result", my weight did not change much (+/- 150 lb), I stopped doing SPBR (sp?) and I got skinnier.

I have been eating a lot more carbs now (started 2 weeks ago) and feel more energized during my routines. I had bunch of ups and downs and breaks from lifting when I did a little bit of circuit training instead that emphasized more cardio and endurance (I asked a friend to teach me crossfit).

Anyways, I can say I have the confidence and more strength when lifting 1 year ago so I think this is a pretty good job. My bench/squat/dl basically plateaued, though, lifting just maybe 10-25 lbs more than originally.

Stopped visiting this thread because I realized I was too hard on myself and became more bummed out/too serious than what I am willing to actually put in. I think everyone has their own learning curve and I am happy with where I am. I just need to be careful of the belly fat accumulating.

fuji: You lost a lot of weight dude . . . or that is an old photo :satisfied:
