    Got kicked out of the gym because it's womens only training at like 6. Literally wtf is that, why the fuck do women need there own training hour, self conscious whales. Only managed to finish my main movement on lower body ME day, will just have a day of only accessory movements tomorrow.

    Yea same.. initially thought it was just cause my prostate sucks (father, and grandfather both passed away from it; father at young age)

    Got this ON Whey protein and looking over the nutritional stuff, guessing its got some sorta of artificial flavoring.

    Also as weightlfiters we drink as SHIT ton of water, so it could be tha.t

    Yea it's got dat Acesulfame.. they even sell protein without this type of shit? If so is it expensive? I drink my protein with milk.. so dont give a shit about taste.

    There are a lot of things wrong with that picture. Heels off the ground, yes, but also his center of gravity is very far forward, which is why he's on his toes.

    i deadlifted for the first time since june today. feels... okay, man. if knee feels good tomorrow, great success. i've never been so happy to deadlift 135x8x3, although i found out in the same session that my shoulder isn't quite ready for pullups. fuck injuries


    how has your sex life reacted to an ob/gyn rotation? still enthusiastic about going down on the gf?
